The 10th-ranked Booker Tornadoes won their seventh in a row as they defeated Hardee 6-2 on Wednesday in a non-district matchup. The Tornadoes improved to 11-4 while Hardee dropped to 8-8.

Braden River, ranked 14th, staved off an upset bid by Riverview to win 5-3 in the Sarasota Classic. The Pirates rallied from a 2-1 deficit to win their second in a row.
