Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Friday, March 11th, 2016

Lakewood Ranch bounced back from a loss to Sarasota earlier in the week to defeat Manatee 9-4 on Friday in an 8A-8 game. The Mustangs improved to 9-3, 5-1 while the Hurricanes dropped to 5-8, 1-5.

Manny Torres got the win as Tenoroc snapped a two-game skid by topping Avon Park 4-0 in a 5A-10 game. The Titans evened their overall record at 6-6 and improved to 2-3 in the district while the Red Devils fell to 7-2, 3-1.

Berkeley Prep rolled to 11-0 as it beat Tampa Prep 7-1 in a 4A-4 game. The Buccaneers improved to 6-0 in the district.
